Incidental detection of COVID-19 associated pneumonia by thyroid scintigraphy

This report presents a case of 49-year-old woman with complaint sore throat and front neck pain, who referred to hospital for thyroid scan due suppressed TSH level (0.005 mU/L). Diffuse bilateral lungs uptake in the was noticed incidentally. The patient had positive history COVID-19 symptoms. Multifocal ground-glass opacities (GGOs) both were compatible typical features lung involvement COVID-19-associated pneumonia.
